Option For General Config

Can we have an option to auto-configure roms on first play? The point would be to bypass the screen with all the options for default controllers, region ect, like when you press the X button. It would speed things up a bit.

This would be a rather onerous change.  Try getting into the habit of pressing A and then immediately pressing B.
