One On One Basketball
« on: December 26, 2006, 12:49:00 PM »

Argh... I can't seem to get one on one basketball working within the vice64 or adamx emulators.  I've got both the coleco and commodore 64 roms.

In adamx it goes to the game, you select your options and it tells me press * to start game but for the life of me I can't figure out how to start the game.  The virtual keyboard doesn't seem to help.

So I tried the commodore version with vice64 and everything loads and I've got the correct base file, and it shows ONE ON ONE highlighted but I can't seem to figure out how to start the game.  I know if I push the dpad right it just goes to a black screen.

Any ideas?  I've had no other trouble with the emus but for some reason I can't get this game to work and I'd love to play it again.

If I remember correctly you start the Commodore version by hitting the button on the controller.  The is an option in the Emu to swap controllers so that it thinks that you are using Commodore Port 2

Which button?  I've tried them all and then hooked up my second controller thinking that would do it, but no luck.

It's odd, in commoder64 emu (vice) it shows the game in the list but won't start it and in coleco mode I get into the game and even the setup of the game (1player, 2player, game mode, etc) but can't figure out how to START the game.  It's just this game... the emulators load the other games just fine.

Argh!
