Stepmaniax Ps2 Dance Pad

ok, i have PS2 dance pad, i know its compatible with stepmania. I plugged into a PS2 -> USB convertor, plugged into a usb -> xbox convertor. it doesnt work in stepmaniax on the xbox. i try a keyboard in XBMC and it works fine. the keyboard doesnt work in stepmaniax, though. is there something specific i have to do to get either my keyboard or dance pad to work. i tried in stepmaniax_v12 and stepmania 3.9.

As far as I know, XPort emulators don't support USB gamepads for technical reasons. You need to use an actual PS-->Xbox adapter; you can't daisy-chain adapters the way you're trying to do.

Get a Game Elements or Gemini controller adapter. Both the exact same adapter but it's made by different companies. I use one on my Cobalt Flux with StepmaniaX and it works great.

Only prob is that they don't make these adapters any longer, so you'd probably have to buy one of Ebay or some place like that.
