Request: Volume Level Saved Across Sessions

I would like it if after turning down the volume in the GUI music player, it stayed at that volume the next time you ran the emulator.  Some of the emulators, like the Mednefen NES one, can be loud relative to the other things that run.

That feature was implemented in the last release of pcsxbox.  So you will see it added to all the rest as they are released in the future.
