Corpse Killer Sega Cd
« on: April 06, 2006, 03:06:00 PM »

hi. i've been trying out all the sega cd isos i have with neogenesis. i had tried out lots before on a older version and they all worked. the compatability is amazing for cd titles. i had some problems with a few though. i thought i would post about them because some games work if you mess with the settings so maybe i aint got the configuration right for these games yet. anyhow heres the few i have had trouble with.

1. corpse killer - seems to be working fine loads and then shows opening fmv perfectly but then it just sticks at the start game menu.

2. frankenstein - well this game works great and i like it but the fmv is garbled. like bottom 3rd of the screen. not sure if it's a settings problem for this. but at least it's in game playable (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

3. radical rex - gets past the sega opening screen then just sticks with the display leds red one flashing for ages. not sure if it don't work or just takes ages to load. even with fast forward button held didn't load. surely it can't take that long (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) can it. lol.

anyhow thanks xport for all your amazing efforts with neogenesis and all the other fine emu ports you have given us. i love neogenesis big time i like had a megadrive as a teen and these games rocked in the day.
i now have 4 full dvd+r dual layer discs and one dvd-r disk full of neogenesis stuff and it's great.
thanks again for everything.
bye.

to play Corpse Killer you Must "Plug in 2 controllers" !!!! this is a known bug in GENS , not the game... (I forgot which , I hadn't hooked up the XEYE in a while..)
its also a simple 2 player game ..(one persons aims while the other fires) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
