Hey does anyone think its possible to scrap all the old pcsxbox compatibility lists and start fresh?  It probably would take longer to go through and edit the old ones then to just start a new one.  Or as an alternative could someone that got the download/upload configuration file transfer working give me details on how to get this running?  Everytime i try i get "connection could not be established" Im guessing its because im not running avalaunch at the moment? or some ip configuration?  I have it set so my xbox can browse the net through my computers network.

and then vamp gave me that response
so whos the retard here? muhaha.gif hmmm?

Well pretty much you, since i never flamed you in that post about pcsxbox.
i merely pointed out that to make pcsx a better emulator there would have to be worked extensivly on the emulator core itself,
and we all know how many projects Xport has, so like i said back then,
i very much doubt that he has interest in taking up a complete psx emulator project.

just like when lantus said he couldnt do much until a new version of Snes9X was released,
and since it seemed like no new snes9x version was going to be released
he released a new version of Xsnes9X using the same source code as before,
just with added bugfixes to make it run better on Xbox.

i find it very amusing that you and the other tards here are getting all worked up about the fact that i merely told you the way i saw it,
you could have just spoken to me about how you feel about it,
but instead you decided to get all agressive and offensive.

so yeah.. you're pretty much the retard here.

I was curious about something.....  I know they can't have downloads for these because of the XDK thing, but wouldn't it be possible to make an IPS patch and put that up on the site, so people can patch the older version to update them???

I was thinking about doing a new compatibility lists a couple months back. I have it all figured out in my head on how I want to do it. It's that I just need to find some free web space and some free time.

huh.gif

I switched from v11 to v 12, a few days ago. (i know v 13 is out, but i doubt it fixes it).

I'm using virtual memory cards, NOT save states.

Anyone knows how to make them work in v12 / 13?

Anyone notice any problems with PCSXBOX V13 playing games that used to work?  I tried playing Symphony of the Night and first lost my save game after upgrading.  I'm not sure if it was because of the new version or because I selected the "download config" option.  Next, I noticed that some of the fonts were garbled on the intro when starting a new game.  Also, the game locked up when I got to the first save room... save states seem to work though so luckily I saved before that.

I tried a few other games too and ran into similar lockup problems when entering the menu while in game.  Is it just my setup or are other people experiencing these kinds of problems?
