How To Launch Xbmp On My X-box?

I`ve downloaded XBMP from xbox-scene, then I unrapped it and burned it on a
DVD-R. I transfered the files to my x-box, but i couldn`t find the .xbe file to launch it.

What have I done wrong??

Get Xbox Media Center

Xbox Media Player development is no more
