I was in the process of updating my XBMC to the latest version, and was having problems overwriting some of the XBMC files via my PC ftp setup.

Basically, I was trying to move all the files from the D:/Apps/XBMC/ folder to a new D:/Apps/XBMC Backup/ folder so that I could upload the latest version to the Xbox but still have the old one in case things went tits up.  Some of the files wouldn't move (probably because XBMC was booted on the Xbox), so I went to restart it to try and load another dash or something, and now... it won't boot at all.  Just stays on the boot screen, with Slayers 2.7 at the bottom.

Any ideas as to how I can get this working again, because now I can't even FTP to the machine to correct my cockup?! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
