Yet Another Post About Vista And Not Being Able To Connect

hey guys,

I have tried almost everything to get my xbox to connect with windows vista premium.



physical settings:

xbox given ip 192.168.1.200
pc given 192.168.1.206

I can ftp to my xbox from my pc but I cannot get my xbox to connect.

I have even tried with the firewall turned off as a last resort, no luck, have added a user / pass account in vista and created bookmark to suit for xbmc.

When i try open the book mark I get cannot connect to network,

i can't get to the folder via workgroups smb etc.

any suggestions?

I've tried about 20 different tutes with no luck.

May be a stupid question, but you've got the latest xbmc build?
