IGR = in game reset .. its not a function of XBMC so that controller picture is not helping you .. its

L = left trigger
R = right trigger

back and start are the 2 little buttons on the left side of the controller ..

edit: look into the app dvd2xbox for backing up games to the harddrive ..

Get yourself a bigger hard drive, 200gb HD's are pretty cheap these days. They're extremely easy to fit aswell.
