Thank you so much Team for adding the "Add Source" to the "My Programs" screen. I know I should be able to figure that out, but now I don't have to....Thanks again! biggrin.gif

2007-02-17 7848 added: code to handle 1ghz cpu (model = 8, stepping = 6)

If one upgrades the cpu, will it be able to play maybe x264? (.mkv) And other hd content?

I would think 1ghz wouldnt do the trick, but perhaps a faster one could? ;)

Sure, 2.5ghz and 1gb ram will do the trick... blink.gif  blink.gif  blink.gif

scrap = the scraper test environment.

means the scraper test enviroment supports tv scrapers (as per my standards).

tvshow support is mostly done but not in trunk yet, so no, you wont find any of those scrapers in trunk.

Ever since version 2.0 i have had skipping problems with some xvid files will this fix it?

Thought I was the only one. Same issue here.

i never have any issues with XviD video files (this is my primary use for XBMC) .... and im using feb 16th 2007 version of XBMC with MC360 v1.02 ... my advice is to manually delete ALL save files related to XBMC and "clean install" XBMC (meaning delete the entire XBMC folder and then transfer in a fresh copy) then see what happends wink.gif

Is the a/v-sync on PAL-DVDs (Interlace=Autoor Bob) already fixed? The bug appears not, if interlace is set to "Off". I posted a debug-log with "Auto" and "Off" over @ the XBMC-forums.
thx for the info

Thought it was just me. I notice that playing DVD files are now very jumpy in this build sad.gif Now gone back to the previous build I used "XBMC-SVN_2007-02-01_rev7767-T3CH" and DVD is playing fine.

Yeah, I do this every time I update. Still same problem. Almost seems like a caching problem.

Maybe a bit OT...but I was playing with the new "Video Hardware" option in the lastest build. I selected widescreen and 1080i only and restarted my XBOX. To my astonishment XBMC started in 1080i. The animation and rss were slow...but everything looked so crisp. I was surprised because my TV is Enhanced definition 42" widescreen plasma...meaning it only does up to 420p. Well seeing 1080i worked albeit slowly...I decided to see if 720p worked...if it did I could have that crisp clean clear look while not being slow...so I select widescreen and 720p only in the new options and restarted XBMC. The TV went all screwy...it could not handled the resolution. I used the remote control feature in the AJAX web interface and reset it to the correct setting (420p) and restarted (can't wait for LiquidIce update for this interface...it is way cool!).

Given I have TV only capable of widescreen and 420p...both higher resolution should not have worked...Anybody has any theories on why 1080i works? (would have been really great if 720p and not 1080i)
