Too Many Consecutive Failed Items

ive just installed 17.Feb.2007.XBMC.XBOX.MediaCenter.2.0.GasGiver and now my mp3s wont stream...
i just get "too many consecutive failed items"

i get same error on some videofiles.
ive tried copying the files to the xbox then they run fine.. it's just when i try to stream...

i deleted the whole XBMC folder and reuploaded it..
i do run the SHORTCUT by TEAM XBMC.

Permission issue.  Move the file out of your share and then COPY it back in.

Your windows machine is not properly set to inherit permissions, or if they are, not the correct ones.

hi all

i too have the same problem with XBMC-2007-12-09-PIMPED

the above soloution posted by tslayer works, but i wanna know how to do this for whole directories as this problem is happening quite alot in one of my movie directories and moving/copying them is impractical....
