Replay Tv? What Is It, How Do I Use It?

As the topic title suggests.  I would like to know what Replay TV is,  it appears on my skins when I enter the video menu,  but currently it does nothing.

I have read somewhere that this is something to do with TIVIO or similar type devices.


Can someone expand?   I would just like to know what it is?  and if applicable how to set it up.

I currently have a windows media center pc,  that I would like to stream shows that I record via this.   As far as i know show recorded by Media Center need to be re- encoded in order to run on XBMC.
