How Can I Switch The Main Dash To Xbmc?

I got xbmc from AID 3 (thank AID). How can I make my main dash is xbmc? And the one that in the AID3 is that the latest version or no? If not, how can I update it? Thank in advance.

You can first try by following the instructions in the manual or the pinned topics or even searching the forums.
