Hey i got it working (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) go through the sharing and security choose your xbox connection then do what chrome307 said  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I don't why it changed though since it was previously working it may have been windows updates or something

Just right click on the folder to be shared then choose sharing and security
then you should see network share wizard or something like that in blue writing
just go through the wizard

To start the Network Setup Wizard, click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Setup Wizard.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I had this same problem.
I tired my Router user/password and that seemed to work.

My router is set as the dns server and the default gateway so that maybe why it works for me.
