I noticed that my streaming PLS files in Music didn't play when I pressed A, and if there was a mp3 listed above it, it would jump up to that mp3 and start playing that.  SOO stopped the mp3 playing, and I tried to cue the PLS file with Y button and it immediately started to cache the stream and then play it.

swell. please post about it in the correct forum. I think your ideas are pretty much crazy talk.
Here's the solution when updating XBMC: delete everything except your UserData directory, then upload everything from the new one except UserData. Wow, problem solved!

Ok, really nice attitude coming from you of all people. Someone tries to be helpful with wanting/offering to even help add something to make it easier, and it's "Crazy talk"?  Thats a real nice thing to say. I'm trying to help those newbies out there that might not know what "UserData" even is, so problem is NOT solved. What are you having a bad day or something? Geesh!

With help of info from a new friend, looks like something of the same effect is being added to the xbmc builder batch file. Guess others are finding it usefull as well. Cool. OK, so i am going to start a new thread on adding some functionality inside XBMC itself, and start working on it. Anway, take care guys!!! No oddities found yet with this release so far.

Randomize has been taken out because it was just shuffle anyway at the code level the only thing it didn't do was change the list order

Why take it out? it´s a lot harder to search a big playlist if it is not sorted!

I'm having problems launching the apple movie trailer.  When i click on the icon, it doesn't load up the program.  Any ideas?

I deleted the old build before I uploaded the newest build.

What's the difference between XBMC CVS and SVN.

XBMC cvs changelog shows nothing. Has the compiling process changed?

eh i noticed that the concept of a video "library" was introduced in this build, giving the user several folders to chose from when going into their movies. how hard would it be to have a parent folder option with two choices: movies and tv shows. i'm not asking for much, just a tv shows folder, and the ability to point XBMC to a TV Show folder and have it scan into the library. it would be great to be able to go tvshows/show/season/episode.

i hope this can be implemented in a future version! thanks, love XBMC!
