How To Manually Add Album Thumbnails

My project this weekend is trying to clean up my music database, if the thumb is not available I click "get thumb" but it does not let me browse for my own. I created "folder.jpeg" with some cover scans but they don't seem to show up.

I am using a build from October 01.

Any ideas?
