there is one minor issue that needs to be fixed, the text labels in the network section aren't 100% properly aligned in the version i have online. will post a nice RAR package when i get the update online (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

hey slumberpod what version of xbmc do you need? like what build version are you usin?  I have one from mid-march i think and tried using your home.xml and keymap.xml and replaced mine, but that did not work.  should i try just adding in the extra code into my own xml's? or do i just have a version that is too old? thanks for you help

i wanna say the last build before the May 7th one. in any case, adding my extra XML tags to the ends of your own XML files should always work, provided you do it properly. by that, i mean you don't add extra unneeded tags and you don't break any tags.

ok i figured out I have the March 17 TECH build.  i copied and pasted the added code from your stuff and that worked I tweaked the position just a tad and think it is wonderful.  great job slumberpod.  here's a couple screens:

also, you can get the international code for your city inside of the weather settings, just type in your city name instead of the zip code. this will make XBMC display the location name without the (zip code) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I love the new build but for some reason i cant get my rss to stream. everything works fine, i would just like it to stream sports scores, for all sports, or even sports news... ive even edited my userdata/rssfeeds.xml but nothing... please help, maybe my rss feed is bad???

do you have an internet connection?  can you connnect to networked computers? does your weather work? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

yes it all works, weather, itunes, my scripts, it just wont stream any rss feeds... the rss feeds work when i launch avalaunch... heres my userdata/rssfeeds.xml
