i have tried dhcp, static, ics, gatway through my router, a few different dns settings, all my links for music, video and pics have diff shortcuts, one is domain;user;
one is ip
one is comp name

no matter what i do, all i get is no network

why is this? i can ftp into my xbox fine, and i can use windows explorer to view files

any help? suggestions?

well, im not sure what i did, i tried setting my xbox as a DMZ in my routers setting and that seemes to work

my porblem now is that when i use my computers or either xbox (i have 2) i need to reset the router and modem each time before i use each device, or else they dont connect to the net
