With the last 4 latest builds of XBMC I am having probems with the video playback; namely two:

1) Closed caption doesn't work properly.  Sometimes there is not even an option to use it, and other times it uses a small font, whilte color CC, instread of the original that is used on the specific movie/video.

2) When ever I press "X" to bring up the menu to adjust the display, while the DVD or video is playing, it always lock up on me, and i have to reboot.

Any ideas?  I tried deleting the xbmc saves in the xbox dash saved setting but still nothing.
