The XPRExpress does not come up with the option to extract anything.

Browse to the xpr then click Load xpr then it has an extract button at the bottom

The download button for MC360 didnt work for a time window of about 20 seconds!

, I uploaded and instantly saw the problem. So I guess you where just unlucky to be clicking download at that time.
