youve posted this in the wrong section and have been reading the wrong stuff.
look in the xbox 360 section, you have a lot of reading to do before you even think of taking the console apart, you will probably have to spend money on tools and other stuff needed so maybe consider getting someone to do it for you as its quite complicated to understand if you dont have much technical pc knowledge and there is a risk of screwing it up
dvd2xbox is for xbox 1 and is of no use for xbox 360 backups.
