Xbox Freezing Once Loads Dashboard

ive got a modchip in my xbox and am running Slayers Evox Dashboard software, and just recently my xbox has started to freeze once the dashboard loads up or sometimes it will load the dashboard fine but when i go into XBMC it will freeze sad.gif

Any ideas why this is happening?
