Xbox Ftp Client Help

Im have 2 xbox's,
ANd i need to transfer files from one to the other.
How do i connect to my other xbox with a staic ip on accounting that im using a cross over cable
I typed in my other xbox's static ip and it didnt connect

make sure your gateways are the same.

and make sure that both of your xbox's ARE NOT using the same IP address. One has to be different than the other
