Convert Mp3's To Play On Xbox Games On Custom Music?

Is there a program that can convert regular mp3's to play on the xbox custom music on games like GTA san andreas? I know where the files are stored are is in the /E/TDATA/fffe0000/music/0001/ directory.

First, convert them to WMA. Then use this:
