dvd2xbox will rip the raw files ifo/vobs to a samba share on your pc. It will not convert it to XVID or anything like that just the raw files.
don't really use it for this feature but from memory it will rip it to an ISO file which you could then stream using XBMC.
also not sure whether it cracks the CSS keys or whether it does a straight copy.
it's a place to start though!
