Sorry for the double post mods but realized I originally put this in the worng forum.

I haven't updated DVD2Xbox in a while. Had 0.6.6 on it and worked fine but wanted to update.

When launching the proggy, before I even put a game DVD in the drive, I have "DVD:Unknown" on my screen. I go back to 0.6.6 and no probs. This leads me to beleive something is wrong with this version but I don't find anything anyone else has posted. Everyone else seems to have legitimate drive issues but I know I don't.

It's definitely not my drive though. I can go to File Manager within DVD2Xbox and select the drive and it will view the game files off the game DVD and even launch. Plus the drive works fine using everything else and playing games right off disc.

Maybe I need to clear some cache files? Don't know.

Any help appreciated.

I think I figured out my problem. I had bad d/l of dvd2xbox. Got a fresh copy at Xbins and no probs!
