Sw: Kotor Au Using Mimesis

I downloaded some content for KOTOR using mimesis. But when I play the game it says the content can't be used b/c the autoupdater isn't installed. Does anyone know what I need to do? I've posted on several forums and haven't gotten a response so any help is greatly appreciated.
