Is there a website where one could see some of the titles or screen shots?  Are these freeware of commercial?  How would you rate the quality?  Finally, does one need a mod chip to play them?  Sorry for all the questions.  Best.

These are freeware. The quality does vary. It depends on what you expect. These are not big budget company releases. Your Xbox does needs to be modded to play them. You can use a tsopped, softmodded or hardmodded Xbox to play them.
