Web Browser, Irc Chat On Xbox?

Hello, i have been away from the Xbox scene for a while now, but im starting play my Xbox more and im wondering if i can surf the net on my xbox, and Use IRC or MSN?
Has anyone created these programs? Im running evoX

Linksboks is a web browser ported to the Xbox, and I believe Avalaunch has an IRC client.  Well, there's definatley one out there...
