Rip Mp3 Cd To Xbox?

I don't want to convert all files to wma myself and find the directory to put it in, but is there a program that'll rip an MP3 cd to the WMA directory on the xbox?

What file formats will games with in game music play?

I've got a lot of wma's, mps's and aac's. Will they all have to be converted to wma, or will MS dashboard copy it mp3 on disk to mp3 in the MSfolder?

xbmc will encode mp3's to wma and place it in the default xbox audio file location?
