Yea, it is quite strange as I have many different DVD-R media.... from Ritek to Fujifilm...  I'll keep trying various brands and perhaps I'll have some success.....

I have tried several brand of media.  All discs have been checked using DVDInfo Pro, and then played properly on a regular stand alone DVD player.

The only success I've had is with Memorex brand DVD-R.

The following would not play:  Ritek, Teon, Sony, and Fujifilm.

Is there some internal setting that I should set in DVDx2 2.0?  Has anyone else tried these DVD-R types?

Any input is much appreciated!

It's not the software that can't read the dvd-r's, it's your dvd drive.  Go read the dvd pot tweak guides and it may help with your dvd problem.
