Im Having Problems Transfering Datathrough Smartft

I used to be able to transfer data b4 but when when I click connect, I get this:

502 pasv is not implemented.

and I cant connect to my xbox, wtf I used to do it b4, does any1 know why and have a solution for this? I got a few movies I would likfe to transfer but now I cant. Someone please help me. Thanks in advance
