Dvdx 2 Download Not Working

ive downloaded the dvdx.rar file and opened it. when i open it, it shows the text file and a roxio disc project file(the iso). when i try to open the iso with winRar, it just says corrupt files. and i cant do anything i need help quick. i need this done by this morning at 7. thnx if u can help.
