hey, i'm a big fan of xbox-scene, but have always been disappointed with the "speed" of the site. i know we can help by buying stuff from the store, but A. the shirts are out of stock right now, and B how do we help after we own a shirt? Oooooo, i know, i know
accept donations(and if we already do, please make the link easier to find). i'm also a member of another forum, and they sell t's, but they also request donations. with the donation,you become a member and you can change your title; instead of "X-S Member" i could put "motherboard killa" b/c i've fried 3. you can change your user name color, also get a larger pm box, and some better picture posting options. but anyways, the last time there was a donation request, the site got over $500 in one day, there are over 5000 registered users, but only about 300 of them are currentally active and participate in the forums. $5-$10 by most of the people goes a long way, and some, like me, gave more because the help given there was worth a lot to me and couldn't be found anywhere else. and after that last donation, they aren't even accepting any more money, they said the bill is paid through the next year. so with the number of members here, we should be able to upgrade, or whatever is needed to get this site where it should be. when it's "donation time" put the donation thread at the top of every forum, and get paypal ready.
