Is There A Linksbox Flash Plugin?

is there a plugin so i can see website with flash on them and also a plugin to view quicktime videos and others without saving them to hdd and v using xbmc to view them?

I'm finishing the next version which may include a very basic flash support (not directly on pages yet but as a "separate" viewer), if it doesn't break everything.
