Linksboks For Xbmc

ysbox,
Do you have any status on the project? I'm REALLY looking forward to it as XBMC is the only app I use (it is my dash) on my XBOX.

thanks!

I resumed experimenting with my client-library approach lately, now I'm finishing writing the bindings (ie. interface to that library) for the client app to use.
I hope to have a "default host application" with the same functionality of the current LinksBoks as you know it (and less crashes while I'm at it), running soon.

The main purpose of doing this is to make a much-needed cleanup of the code. After that, as a bonus, integrating into any app you want should be quite easy (and I once mentioned XBMC & dashboards as *examples* a bit too... explicitely). However please understand that the decision is not mine, it's (in that case) XBMC team's. I will of course provide any help I can if they want, but including a web browser in their app is not in their agenda (or so I heard), sorry...
We'll see when I release this first rewritten version (in a few weeks I think).

thanks

Fantastic!
I'm hoping you can make it compatible with XBMC so it will run inside XBMC as an app and not need to "take control" of the entire XBOX.
