anyone know what the config magic master key is for when u lock your harddrive with it? any help will be apreciated. THANKS

well i knew that. there site is down. i guess email them? worth a try. THANKS

i just tried emailing them and my email wont go threw. keep getting a delivery failure message. any other way to contact them.
