Homebrew Soup 4 The Soul

PLease could someone tell me, im new to this scene, so how would you step by step put say doox 2.2 in my box and yes it is modded.  is it ready to download to a cd or dvd meadia and copy to box sing dvd2xbox.  can someone help thank you.
