I Need Help With Xboxhdm

i hav ervything i need:  nero 6,  blank cd,  xboxhdm's ISO file,  and my xbox hdd.  but...  i dont know how to burn the ISO file onto the cd and boot my computer from the disk.  i would also apreciate it if someone could guide me through what to do after i boot from the disk.
