Automatically Delete Unnecessary Files
« on: October 01, 2004, 01:17:00 PM »

All of a sudden my 120gb hdd got smaller and smaller. I've got about 45 games on my xbox, and a lot of other stuff. But since the games steal the most amount I thought that I should use the guide someone wrote on deleting unecessary files from the games. I'm sure I could get rid of at least 20 gigs of unnecessary files from games.

Since this process takes a lot of time I was thinking how great it would be if dvd2xbox could do this automatically. If he somehow could insert that list in the software, you could choose if you want the program to delete the files you don't need. And as in my case you can choose it to do this on all game folders(or it could search for the .xbe to know what game it holds). The only negative thing is that it'd fragment the hdd even more.

What do you think?
