Ntsc-j & Configmagic

Hi,
I have a NTSC-J machine. Configmagic cannot detect NTSC-J, it says "UNKNOWN" in the setup. I need to get this thing working to be able to login to LIVE... Is there any other program out there that detects NTSC-J? I was hoping for Configmagic2, but it doesn't seem to be released. Does anyone have any other ideas?
