try burning the CDRW at the slowest speed possible on your burner.

i burnt a TDK brand CDRW with some funky japanese words on it (the only words in english on it are: MQ - Master Quality) at 4x and was able to boot the disc on any drive i throw it in. yes, even a thomson on a 1.0 that kept giving DDEs on retail games.

good luck.

Either do what afandiewinter said to do, or try burning to a dvd-r instead.

well im a little annoyed. ive tried memorex, imation, tdk, sony (cd-rws) and tdk (dvd-r) . not one of them would read and i dont want to put more money into it. I was also wondering if i get this to work how hard would it be to play xbox live? i use a XBIT and if i can ill have a upgraded hd.
