dvd2xbox, but keep in mind that copying movies to your hdd can eat up space fast! It is recommended that your "rip" them on your PC to divx or XVID and then transfer the file(s) to your Xbox  wink.gif

I use No. 1 DVD Ripper and rip a DVD on my computer and then FTP it to my xbox.  This might not be the quickest way, but it's how I do it.  You can download the program at www.download.com.
