File Manager With Memory Card Support?

I just wondered if anyone has ever seen, or knows if one is going to be made.

Reason for asking is that since we can now use USB memory sticks as memory cards, it would be perfectly possible to store both a 007 Tsop hack and the whole dashboard for an xbox on a memory stick.

Once the hack was copied over to the E Drive, you could load said file manager (from the evox dash inside the hack) and be able to copy the whole dashboard over, read for after chipping.

Obviously the main advantage of this is that at no time would you need a pc to install the dashboard and various apps on the xbox.
