There should be no limitation. Did you copy the 6 dvds without restarting dvd2xbox ?
To be honest I never tested it with so many different games as I only own two and don't play very often.
I'll see if I can find a bug without testing.
Regarding the xml. Yes the log option moved from the xml to the settings menu.

I found one issue, not sure if its the problem.
Could it be that the games where no logfiles were created have a non fatx style title ?
I just forgot to rename the names for the logfile if they have. fixed in 0.5.6 but not sure if it helps.
