Well, finally figured out how to do this. This can be useful if you don't feel like ftping into your box or you have a hard time.

What I did: Took the .iso of the game I had, used Craxtion to decompress it, added the .etm, then used Craxtion to re-iso it.

Booted it up in BoXplorer, and voila! there was my .etm.
