Browser:
I have heard people have problems when using HD resolutions with the browser.
What happens when it doesn't work?

The evox question:
Generally if you use ICS this will enable DHCP on the internal nic so you can just set your xbox apps to use DHCP. There are guides to setting up evox.ini in the tutorials section of the site.

You sure you have ICS setup correctly? try setting the xbox to dhcp (static = no) and look at what values it gets.

No, your Dns would have to be this: 204.127.198.19
but if you turn off ics then there is no way your xbox is getting out to the internet... so do what i say: turn ICS back on, set xbox static ip = no and see what happens.

with static = no, if you don't get an ip then you don't have ICS set up correctly.  Use the network setup wizard to make sure ICS is setup, make sure you are using a crossover cable from your xbox to your computer and it should get an address.

You are calling NIC2 your router.. that was really confusing to me until I reread it... nic2 IS NOT your router... actually ICS in combination with both your NICS is acting as your router.  A router directs traffics between 2 or more seperate networks (in your case, you local network and the internet).  Try reading through
