Ppf With No Pc

This has probly allredy been covered, but my search revealed nothing so I figured i'd go ahead and ask.  Is there any app for the xbox that allows one to apply ppf patches on the xbox, without the use of a pc?

Halo Cache Editor 7 can. But it's only for the halo cache files since you can't browse to any other files.

Thanks for the reply, that's really the only thing I use PPF's for much anyway.
