Ripping Games (various Apps)

I am using the Bert and Ernie Reloaded font exploit.  I have Evolution X 3935 booting.  I have the newest versions of both dvd2xbox and Complex Tools.  Neither of them will rip games.  Is it because I don't have the right bios loaded or something?  Should I use a different exploit?  I do not have the money nore the know-how to install a mod chip.  Please help me, I have hit my limit and am about to kick my 'box.
